Primary School Workshops

Urban Foxes Collective have created fun filled theatrical workshops for Primary Schools that look at how young people can tackle climate anxiety through devising theatre.

We are visiting Primary Schools across the UK and delivering sessions that help young people understand the science behind climate change in a fun and interactive way. We are also helping them to identify ways that they can help Mother Nature by making small daily changes.

The workshops will also address climate anxiety and equip young people with accessible and playful tools to improve mindfulness and ease worry. Each class will also get to meet the larger than life character of Mother Nature and they will create their own devised performances set in landscapes under threat from climate change.

We have further partnered with NGO Force of Nature, a charity that addresses climate anxiety in young people, to create activities and material that are accessible and relevant.

The team consists of experienced educational facilitators who are all DBS checked and regularly deliver drama workshops to young people and adults. We have worked with Spun Glass theatre, BigFoot Arts Education, London Transport Museum Art Burst  Omnibus Young Company and many more.

The session is designed for Years 4 - 6. Do get in touch if you would like more information
